[English Below]ក្រោមជំនួយនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការបច្ចេកទេសពីទីភ្នាក់ងារសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិនៃប្រទេសជប៉ុន (ចៃការ) លើគម្រោងទីក្រុងឆ្លាតវៃក្រុងសៀមរាប រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប និងស្នងការដ្ឋាននគរបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប ​បានធ្វើការអនុវត្តសាកល្បងនូវម៉ាស៊ីនប្រកាសអាសន្នសម្រាប់បម្រើឱ្យការស្នើសុំជំនួួយនានាដូចជា ករណីមានអគ្គិភ័យ ករណីត្រូវការសង្គ្រោះបឋម មនុស្សចាស់ត្រូវការជំនួយ គ្រោះថ្នាក់ ឬហេតុការណ៍ផ្សេងៗ និងបទល្មើសផ្សេងៗទៀត​ពីសំណាក់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងភ្ញៀវទេសចរដែលមកកំសាន្តក្នុងក្រុងសៀមរាប។ ម៉ាស៊ីនប្រកាសអាសន្ននេះដំណើរការ២៤ម៉ោងលើ២៤ម៉ោង ហើយដែលចាប់ផ្តើមអនុវត្តចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី០៤ ខែមិនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នេះតទៅ។ក្នុងគម្រោងសាកល្បងម៉ាស៊ីនប្រកាសអាសន្ននេះ មានមួយទីតាំងស្ថិតនៅលើផ្លូវសុខសាន្ត ក្នុងតំបន់ Pub-street នៃក្រុងសៀមរាប។រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប ស្នងការដ្ឋាននគរបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប និងអង្គភាពពាក់ព័ន្ធនានា​បានត្រៀមខ្លួនរួចជាស្រេចក្នុង​ការឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងសំណើសុំជំនួយផ្សេងៗពីសំណាក់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងភ្ញៀវទេសចរទាំងអស់។

Under the support of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Siem Reap Smart Project, Siem Reap Provincial Administration and Commissariat of Siem Reap Province Police had installed a Public Emergency Button for assisting citizens and tourists that visiting Krong Siem Reap in case they face issues such as fire, first aid, support for elderly, incidents or any crimes.This Public Emergency Button operates 24h/24h from 04 March 2025 onward.In this trial initiative project, we have only one Public Emergency Button located on Sok San road in Pub-Street area.Siem Reap Provincial Administration and Commissariat of Siem Reap Province Police and other relevant organizations are ready to response to all requests from all citizens and tourists.
